SPECIALIZATION

Susan has had a multifaceted consulting career over the last 20 years. In addition to founding two successful consulting companies and designing leading edge management training systems, Susan's consulting expertise is to provide career counseling, personal performance and career transition coaching to senior executives, as well as deliver and design training programs and large change management projects. Her work has resulted in providing individuals and organizations with exceptional opportunities for growth and development. She has worked with executives in Fortune 100 companies as well as small, entrepreneurial start-ups.

BUSINESS EXPERIENCE

Susan has worked in the Houston area for the last 20 years. She founded a training and development company in which she designed a management-training program for a Fortune 300 company and delivered it throughout the United States , Europe, Asia, Australia and the Middle East. This development program is currently being delivered within many other companies throughout the world. Susan has also designed and delivered development programs for high-performing, executive women in large corporations.

Prior to establishing the training and development company, Susan was a Founder and Partner of King, Chapman and Broussard. She worked in both their executive outplacement, coaching and organizational change practices. Early in her career, she managed the Houston outplacement business and sold and managed the largest outplacement project delivered by that company. Susan has consulted with corporate CEOs and management teams to provide executive coaching and development, planned reductions in force, and outplacement programs. Susan also led team-building programs, facilitations of cross-functional teams and leading edge change projects. Susan not only delivered, but designed projects that were tailored to meet clients' unique challenges.

Earlier in her career, Susan worked for NASA and its related contractors at the Johnson Space Center. Susan was involved with the Space Shuttle Program and the Apollo-Soyuz Test Project, with duties ranging from research in space medicine to astronaut recruiting.

EDUCATION

Susan has an M.A. from the University of Houston at Clear Lake . She received her B.A. with Honors from the University of Texas .
