SPECIALIZATION

Linda has over 20 years of experience with large and small corporate entities, combining consulting and hands-on executive experience. She has specialized in strategy formulation and implementation, executive coaching, leadership training and development, and management and senior team effectiveness. Linda is known for her energetic and intuitive approach to individual and organizational challenges. She brings a unique combination of a consulting expertise with an intimate knowledge of organizations from a CEO perspective.

BUSINESS EXPERIENCE

Before joining Marvin Consulting, Linda was the President and CEO of Lockheed Martin Environmental Systems and Technology Company. She was instrumental in the strategic design and implementation of this high technology start up. The company was built from the ground up and grew from $30million to $250 million in three years. Linda was originally hired by Lockheed to improve the productivity of the President and CEO of an engineering company. She co-designed and implemented the company Leadership Program. She individually coached executives and management teams.

Prior to Lockheed Martin, Linda worked for LEI, Inc., one of the nation's largest training and development companies for six years. She specialized in personal productivity coaching, communication, building and developing high performing teams, and implementing organizational change. She also led widely recognized workshops throughout the country on presentation skills and communication.

The foundation of coaching and consulting experience allowed Linda to enter the executive ranks with the ability to build effective teams, communicate powerfully and design and implement strategy.

Her CEO experience has given her a depth of organizational understanding and insight, which better serves her consulting clients today.

EDUCATION

Linda received her Juris Doctor from De Paul University and is a member of the Texas Bar. She received financial course work from the Harvard Graduate School of Business. Her undergraduate work was completed at Northwestern University.

PERSONAL

Linda enjoys serving on several boards in Houston and Washington D.C. She and her husband love to travel, dance, listen to music and relax at the beach.
